The wait is usually around 20-30 minutes because there are only ever two tellers working whilst the other employees are doing god knows what. Most of the time they are socializing. People waiting on line are always complaining.
Do not use this location. Everytime I have gone into this branch there is a long line and only one or two tellers. I live right next to this location which makes it convenient but not work my time. I mentioned the line and time it takes to the manager and their comment was to bank online. For one of my accounts I can't. It is sad that customer service no longer exists.

My husband and I are customers for the past 2 years at the Bank Of America.We are very happy with everything with our credit cards checkin acct saving e.t.c The main reason that we stay royal with our Bank is the exellent customer service that we always from everybody and especially to Mrs.Sunita Jolly.She is the amazing very helpful , polite ,and always with that smile that she makes you feel like you are family!!!!!! Thank you for everything Mrs Jolly and keep the amazing job that you doing !!!
This branch is terrible!!!! It's the slowest bank I've ever been to. I've only been here a handful of times but every time has been a bad experience. Today I was waiting for like 1/2 hr and a teller finally opened up and never called me over. So, after a fair amount of time passed, I approached him and he said in a rude tone " um,I'm not ready for you yet" is that how you treat customers? You can at least be polite.

I don't often write reviews but I hope Bank of America HQ checks google and does something about this branch. I'm considering switching banks because of this location- it's the only convienent one for me. Ridiculous.
